photo: Scott Webb model: Jenna-Rae Mitchell Tabata 5.0 is a 5 Minute Tabata workout that works every part of the body. The focus of the workout is the High Plank Position. As you work the upper and lower body, the core is engaged giving you a serious burn when you are done. I did the workout today and the most challenging part was the High Plank Dips. I didn't know how hard my abs were working until I did the dips. I wanted to stop but I powered through with the support of my wife and finished the workout strong. One thing I love about the workout is the 10 second break in between exercises allowed me to refocus my mind and push hard on the next exercise. Another thing, with the workout being 5 minutes, I was able to fit in the workout before work and I feel energized to start my day.
